- Life Member with a spending of every 25 / 50 THB for products or services at participating stores at True Digital Park present the original receipts to earn 1 point and accumulate points as designated to redeem vouchers and exclusive gifts.
- Every 25 THB = 1 Point When spending with the following categories: Food & Beverages, Lifestyle, Fashion & Apparel, Cosmetics, Massage, Spas, Hair Salons, Nail Salons, Accessories, Sports Equipment, Souvenirs, Pharmacies, Car Care, Laundry Services, Tops Supermarket, Lotus’s Go Fresh, 7-Eleven
- Every 50 THB = 1 Point When spending with the following categories: IT, Communication Devices and Electronic Equipment, Furniture and electrical appliances, Virgin Active, Beauty Clinic, Dental Clinic
- Earned points shall be valid for 18 months from the month when the purchase is made. Any points earned after 18 months will be removed.
- Life Member may accumulate points by submitting a dated receipt and tax invoices within the point collection date only.
- All receipts must be in original and good condition with clear visible numbers. Any torn or cut receipts are prohibited.
- Only one receipt per store is eligible for point accumulation. Points earned will be calculated from net payment only. Decimal fractions left over from the calculation are not combined with other payments and cannot be redeemed for reward points.
- The company reserves to accept up to 5 accumulated receipts per 1 shop per day.
- Redemption can be done at the Information Counter on the 2nd floor from 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Condition
- Purchase of cigarettes, liquor, alcoholic beverages, energy drink packs, voucher redemption, electronic wallet mobile top-up, both slip and online, bill payment, Utilities bill, bank receipt and investment ex. credit card sale slip, insurance loans receipt etc., product reservation, deposit payment, copy of receipt (Reprint), delivery and online order receipt and receipts from EAST Eventery are not valid for member point collection.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any promotion or prize offerings in the event that the redemption receipt is not that of the original purchaser or in case of any fraudulent attempt to redeem accumulated points. The company’s decision is final.
- Shop staff receipts are not accepted and shop staff purchases are not eligible for point accumulation.
- The company reserves the right to cancel Life Member points for accounts with no account activity for 1 years from the date of the latest activity.
- The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
- In the case of any dispute, the judgment of the company is deemed final.
Terms and conditions for using loyalty points- Points that have already been redeemed cannot be re-credited under any circumstances.
- The Company has the right to set and change redemption terms for member reward points (as specified in the redemption terms and conditions) without any reason or prior notice.
