Gift Voucher & Complimentary Gift Redemption Terms and Conditions
-Life Members must present original receipts from purchases of goods or services made personally at participating stores. A maximum of 3 original receipts per member, per redemption, per day may be combined to redeem gift vouchers or complimentary gifts. Photographs or copies of receipts will not be accepted under any circumstances. All receipts must be in good condition, clearly legible, and free from cuts, tears, or alterations.
-Gift vouchers are valid only until the expiry date stated on each voucher.
-Gift voucher and complimentary gift redemptions are exclusively available to Life Members who have added @tdpklife on LINE and successfully completed identity verification.
-Gift vouchers and complimentary gifts can be redeemed at the Information Counter on Level 2, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
-Gift vouchers and complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or other rewards.
-The Company reserves the right to reject or cancel any redemption without prior notice if it is determined that the submitted receipt(s) do not result from purchases of goods or services made personally by the member, or if the redemption does not correspond with the actual purchase amount.
-The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
-In the event of any complaint or dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.








CONDITION:
-The reward is exclusively for one (1) Life Member with the highest accumulated spending during the campaign period.
-Only full-payment purchases of THB 100 or more per receipt made at participating stores within the shopping center are eligible. Receipts must be registered on the same day as the purchase.
The following transactions and receipts are not eligible: purchases of cigarettes, liquor and alcoholic beverages; products redeemed free of charge using reward points; gift vouchers; mobile top-ups, whether via payment slip or online; e-wallet top-ups; bill payments; payments for utilities, internet and mobile phone services; prepaid mobile cards; financial and investment transactions, including credit card payments, loans, life insurance, general insurance and other similar transactions; product reservations and deposits of any kind; parcel delivery services; reprinted or duplicate receipts; delivery and online purchases; and purchases made within promotional event areas (EAST Eventery).
-Eligible receipts must meet the required net spending amount after all applicable discounts have been deducted, including store discounts, membership discounts, merchant gift vouchers, shopping center gift vouchers, credit card discounts and any other discounts.
-The winner will be announced on 20 January 2027 at the Information Counter, Level 2, and on the True Digital Park Life Facebook page.
-In the event that two or more eligible Top Spenders achieve the same accumulated spending amount, the reward will be awarded to the member who first reached and registered the qualifying accumulated spending amount, based on the date and time of registration at the Information Counter, Level 2.
-Participation is limited to Thai nationals residing in Thailand who provide complete and accurate information and can be contacted by the Company.
-The reward is non-transferable.
-The Company reserves the right to photograph the winner for publicity and promotional purposes.
-The reward cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged for cash, or exchanged for any other reward.
-The colour, model and storage capacity of the device cannot be selected or changed.
-The shopping center is not involved in the servicing of the prize or in determining its retail value.
-Product warranty is subject entirely to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer. The Company bears no responsibility for or involvement in the manufacturer’s warranty terms or services.
-Where applicable, the winner shall be responsible for withholding tax and value-added tax (VAT) as required by law. For prizes valued at THB 1,000 or more, the winner is required to pay 5% withholding tax and 7% VAT based on the value of the prize, payable in cash on the date the prize is collected.
-Prize collection and payment of applicable taxes are available every Friday in February 2027 at True Digital Park, Level 4 (office located near the running track), from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. The final date for prize collection is 26 February 2027.
-The winner must collect the prize in person at the date, time and location specified by the Company. Representatives or authorised persons are not permitted to collect the prize on the winner’s behalf. Failure to collect the prize within the specified period and at the designated location will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize.
-To verify eligibility and claim the prize, the winner must present the required documentation together with two (2) signed copies of their Thai national ID card, certified as true copies. An appointment must be made with the relevant staff at least one business day in advance.
-The Company reserves the right to amend or modify the campaign conditions, products, rewards or privileges as deemed appropriate and in accordance with applicable law, including the correction of typographical or printing errors, without prior notice.
-Employees of Whizdom Landmark Corporation Limited, CP Future City Development Corporation Limited, and employees of stores operating within the shopping center are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
-The decision of the appointed committee shall be final and binding.
-All terms and conditions are subject to the Company’s determination.

CONDITION: 
(1) Scan the QR Code displayed on promotional materials at participating stores to register for the promotion.
(2) Make a payment of at least THB 200 per transaction via the TrueMoney app at participating stores within True Digital Park during the promotional period to receive 20 TrueMoney Coins.
-The bonus TrueMoney Coins will be automatically credited to the participant’s TrueMoney account immediately upon successful completion of the qualifying transaction.
-The Company reserves the right to amend the promotional period, participation mechanics, rewards, terms and conditions and/or any other campaign details. Participants will be notified in advance of any such changes. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
-The reward cannot be refunded, exchanged and/or redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
-Participants confirm that all information provided for identity verification is their own and is accurate. If the Company determines that any information provided is false and/or does not belong to the participant, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reward and to pursue compensation for any damages incurred.

Collect E-Stamps:
- Receive 1 E-Stamp per receipt from participating stores during the specified period.
- Members who collect five E-Stamps within the promotion period will be to choose a voucher from participating stores.
- E-Stamp collection is limited to one E-Stamp per member per day.

-The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

CONDITION:
-Voucher usage is subject to the terms and conditions specified by each participating store.
-Once a points redemption has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed under any circumstances.
