Consumer creativity is the ability of marketers to solve consumer-related problems using their creativity to generate innovative ideas in their contexts. It includes the dimensions of novelty and usefulness.

If a marketing firm could trail their program creativity engagement with high creativity index it would be a way to ensure consumers’ satisfaction.

Creativity thinking has been examined under the researches of divergent and convergent thinking techniques.

Some researches had indicated results that creative marketing tasks brought satisfaction, pride, confidence, self-esteem, and self-efficacy in product consumption. The engaged sponsorship events creativity-themed tasks program introduced positive attitude on the brand. Consumers’ creativity trails can be measured on social network. These trails are like digital footprints with patterns that can be measured with Creativity Thinking tools.


Artificial Intelligent (AI) can be trained to detect these patterns and to interpret the results.
